Refund Policy

Strut Hair Care accept returns if product/s are faulty, damaged or are the wrong item. 

We kindly ask you check product/s as soon as they have arrived and let us know via email the issue, if there’s a fault, damage or wrong item. Our returns policy holds for 30 days. 

We will ask for a photo, then send through a return slip so we can swap the product/s over or send through a full refund. You may decide. 

Product/s being returned need to be in their original packaging. They will need to be unopened and unused.  

Please note appliances through MUK, Mermade & Silver Bullet all come with warranty and it would be easier and faster to go through them directly as long as you have the receipt. 

If you have lost your receipt we can provide you with one.

All our products available on the website are all 100% genuine and all come with manufactures warranty. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer a change of mind returns. So please be sure to double check your order before purchasing. 

If by any chance you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please let us know immediately and discontinue using the product. Take a photo of the allergic reaction and send it through so we can go ahead with the return process.
